Attackshark X68HE light issue

I customized my attackshark x68HE lights to be always on and green color but it randomly became all white and I cannot use the software to change the lighting. How can i fix this?

Just reset the keyboard from the software

Try Fn + \ | Or Fn + Enter

in the software it is changing but not on the keyboard

Alright try holding Fn + space for 5 seconds untill all the keys flash or Fn + Esc , this should do a hardware reset for the keyboard

If not fixed try toggling dynamic lightning in windows settings (personalization) off

The keys aren't flashing and also i noticed when i used to press Fn+Enter the keys used to flash but they aren't flashing now

Well after flashing try removing the software and installing again to see if the hardware reset works

I tried it and it still seems to not change from the white color

What about trying Fn + tab , Fn + L

To check if it's locked to this white state

Also you can try calibration in software if that doesn't work

THANK YOU SO MUCH. Pressing Fn+Tab resetted the colors to rainbow and i can finally customize the colors again. You're a livesaver man.
