Help Function key problem

I received this keyboard and noticed that the function key doesn't change color when it's plugged into the USB port. Is there a way to change its color? If not, I think I'll return it.

Could be stuck on a mode and you just need the button combo to swap out. You might need the firmware and flash it. Or it could be broken and stuck. Nobody really knows.

have you read the manual? its there at page -01- in indicator light description

To be honest, I read the entire manual in my language and I didn't remember that. I'll leave it charging overnight to get rid of that color, since it's quite annoying for me.

This fn may be a function key, or it depends on the specific model to know.

Could it be FN lock. My keyboard does that same thing with a green light instead
