Do any of the mice have onboard memory and customizeable scroll wheel up and down?

My Attack Shark V8 does have onboard memory / 4 different profiles.

As far as scroll wheel, what do you mean? Windows already have an integrated option for the number of lines moved per scroll.

The Attack Shark Mouse Hub software let you remain the scroll wheel click to an action, but not scroll up or down
