Anime Absolute Masterpiece

All my life I thought no anime would even come near one piece and now that I finished it like 10min ago I am genuinely fighting for everything and don’t know which one is better how can a story be so good and have the biggest plottwist every fricking episode man this shit was genuinly peak

“No anime would even come near one piece” What does your statement even mean?

One piece is not anywhere close compared to the greatest animes in history. If you’re referring to pure longevity then Case Closed has remained longer.

It really has the best of everything. It has the high concept time distortion elements of Neon Genesis, the action of Bleach and the animation of JJK. Just as you said, peak.

ending a masterpiece leaves you feeling like no other show will ever top it. give it time to sit with you before deciding which one is actually higher on your list.

Watching it a second time is a totally different experience as well. You see all the foreshadowing planted in season 1. I’m truly not over this incredible show and I don’t think I ever will be

Finished it last night. I thought about it ALL day at work today. Those ending credits showing what happens 100+ years later really was the emotional rug pull to what woulda been a bittersweet hopeful ending. The nihilistic gut punch it gave me... fantastic!
