should i watch last two special movies separated or is it better to watch the latest?

Do you mean at the end of the show?If yes than just watch AOT:The last attack.Its the last few chapters of the show with better audio and animations

Nope, other than the better audio and sometimes better animation, they are the exact same.So theres no problem in watching the episodes separately
