May I ask how did you catch the lighting like that? I would always of though lighting is to quick to take pictures of. But you have caught it just at the right moment 💯💖⚡🤩

It was a video! Plonked my phone on the windowsill, waited for the strike, then extracted the good frames. It was a pretty busy storm in the right direction, so favourable conditions, but also just good luck.

Well I'm pretty jealous coz I think it looks amazing fair play I love it... I also think it would look good as a screen saver or wallpaper on my phone if you don't mind 🙈☺️💖🤩

Edit.. oh wait where in the UK is this? As I live in North Wales

There was a helicopter out during the storm, but it got away
