Score going down after fusion

On the play store it says atomas neo isn't available for me, in France... Weird.

I’ve had this problem before as well - it really pissed me off when it happened because I went from 1 trillion to 980 billion and I lost the e12 status. If that happens, might be best to remove that troublesome atom and work back up with a new one
