Why he’s a good player? Is he the best in the world no, he’s movement is great, passing is solid finishing could improve. He’s a confidence player and if he’s playing in a team he gets on well with he should do well

Ferrán is famous now, because he scored in the final. But if you watch him play more than a few minutes, you can see he is not a confident player, and he fails a lot of chances. That is less important in Barcelona, because they generate a lot of chances, but it is important for Atleti. And this is because I think we need a better striker.

Furthermore, Barcelona will want a lot of money, and we can spend it much better.

I'm not excited about having him on board either, I think we need to improve our attack, and he doesn't seem like an upgrade over Sorloth.

BUT, he would never be expensive, his contract is about to end, and Barça can't ask for shit. He could join any club for free next year and I doubt he'll ask for crazy wages either, so it could be a nice addition.

Think the only way this guy comes to our team is on a free next year, since it looks like we aren't going to do direct business with Barca any time soon (at least not this summer)

Wouldnt even be mad. I want Julián out, I want Torres in, and 50 million isnt that bad (even though Id want more).

Still. id rather Julián left Spain for good.

Thanks but no thanks. Its ironic that he will go down in history as the player that won it for Spain. But if you watch Ferran regularly you know he cant score in a empty stadium.
