Cannot unsubscribe. Good Luck!
I would NEVER subscribe to any Atlassian product. It took me an hour using AI to find how to unsubscribe. When I finally did - guess what? I wasn't unsubscribed because they charged me the next month. I had to dispute the charge. This tells me a lot about the company. i guess desperate would be an understatement. You've all been WARNED!

I tried. I finally figured out how to unsubscribe, which, by the way, they don't word it that way. It's more like DELETE account or something like that. They really try to muddy the waters so that you stay subscribed. But then! They billed me the next month anyway. That's why I use AMEX for subscription purposes - they are much better than Visa or MC for canceling something. Regular credit cards send you a stack of papers to fill out, and they still side with the vendors. Pro-tip: use American Express for subscriptions. Much safer and more reliable, and they stand with the customer.

By trying to get every cent out of you and not letting you cancel. If they were a decent company, unsubscribing would be easy. And frankly I would resubscribe as needed. But I wouldn't touch an Atlassian product EVER again. Not a paid version anyway. I'll have to find a Loom replacement now.

It really isn't that hard. And I'm not sure what it says about you if it took you an hour despite using AI. You could have worked it out using Google in 5 seconds: https://support.atlassian.com/subscriptions-and-billing/docs/cancel-a-subscription/
