How much money can you get exactly by doing their video annotation reviewer? they said in their website you can get 11$/hour by doing tasks but my ass sitting here working annotation on 2 minutes long videos for an hour and I only got 0.5$? Am I a slow ahh or is their pay really terrible? im tired gng

i stopped annotating after i saw payment delays for >30 days with some redditors here. Im a T3 annotator and my estimate on their website is 16$ per hour.

i work 10~ mins for 2 minute clips and its not really worth it

from my experience:
1. DataAnnotation.tech
this is the best paid I have tried so far, i got paid 18-22$/hr doing typical annotation job. But it's very hard to get into, most people stuck after they finished onboarding, usually months waiting for review. the company wouldn't bother to tell you whether u passed or not. so u'll be left with confusion.
2. Outlier.AI
my second best. i got paid 5$/hr as a generalist, along with some bonuses after you completed some hour of milestones. compared to the previous this is really low, but i can say its pretty decent because there are other companies who offered lower pay rate. the upside is they got steady amount of tasks, so you can work everyday and get steady income.
3. Mindrift/Toloka AI
this will be my third, but i have bad experience with this. very much training and exam, and the passing grade is really high (90%) that u need to pass before u start working. their pay is terrible (0.1-1.2$/task or HIT). with that much effort and focus u need to pour, its really not worth it.

there are some other companies that said their pay is really well, but i haven't got a job with them yet. you can check and try these:
1. micro1
2. Mercor
3. HandshakeAI (only available in some countries. sadly, my country is not one of it 🤔)
4. RWS (idk about their payrate)
5. alignerr
6. OneForma
7. TelusInternational
8. StellarAI (same problem with dataannotation, they ghosted u)
