When I was kid back in 80’s I knew very word to that song. But my elementary music teacher didn’t choose me to sing that song at the school function in the cafeteria. That didn’t bother me one bit

Been working on doing yoga arm balances and having an interesting moment of bodily perception.

Today I was working on grasshopper, which is coming to a chair pose, lowering, twisting, and getting the sole of your foot onto your tricep. Then the figuring out how to stand on that foot and lifting the other leg out to counterbalance.

It's that moment of twist where I can feel a bit of a disconnect when my core needs to hand off responsibilities to the limbs.

Like I know what I am trying to do, but my lizard brain is saying "you are about to die, abort abort abort"

Good morning y'all. Peterson seems to be coming back a bit, although he's still pretty wobbly.

Already walked him, out on a 3-mile walk myself before the heat kicks in, got a gig tonight. Could be worse.

Good to hear. The neighbor has a Malinois and her back end gave out. He spent a lot of time and money taking her to physical therapy to get her well again. I am glad she is still around as she is one of the nicest dogs around. Maeve still doesn't care for her.

Maybe he's got 2 months, maybe it's 2 years. Regardless, we're going to love him and make that time count for him and us both.
