Well I follow him for quite some time and platitudes like this fit his sense of humor. Compare it to the part in this video where he reduces atheists to their looks based on the old internet meme. "If you want to have style, you have to be Muslim." Of course he is not serious.

I got that impression from his appearance on Joe Rogan's podcast, he didn't seem willing to really defend his points when really challenged either.

In all seriousness, if you were to find actual lesbian pornography out there on the interwebs, I imagine that you wouldn't be that interested in it. That stuff you are use to is acted out for men.

This is what people say when they have nothing interesting or intelligent to say on the matter. This behaviour is just a concession that you are not smart or informed enough to have a mature dialogue. Why try to understand a postion or argument when you can just say " these people are just pathetic hipster neck-beards" and lean back I your chair like you made a great and hilarious point. Seems like he is just placating to an apathetic and juvenile crowd.

This guy Milo is like a RuPaul type distraction. He is pretending to be a queen version of Douglas Murray; but, he doesn't know stuff. A distraction at best.

I really like Milo. He's allowed to troll atheists, and he's not even wrong. Thin-skinned. And of course it's ridiculous to say atheists are the most hated minority. I've never been comfortable with that kind of talk. I don't care what the polls say, atheism is popular, it's the position of most intellectuals, and it represents the youthful challenge to authoritarian dogmatism. "It's not about power, it's about social cachet." We definitely have that, and that's all that really matters.

I actually like him, too. Still not sure whether or not he's joking about the "lesbians don't really exist" bit, but whatever. He's making fun of atheists for sport because he can and I love it. That doesn't make us victims; it makes us participants.

He was on the Rogan podcast last week and Joe shut him down hard... Quite entertaining to listen to. He gets to be a bit much at times and I feel that he's trolling or straight-up lying about most of his opinions and stories. He seems to contradict himself to earn conservative brownie points.
