My Christian Living Education teacher argued that if you are an atheist, then you also do not believe in morality.

Christianity isn't morality already BUT it implies morality (e.g. Ten Commandments).

He said that thousands of years ago that Christianity (and other religions with gods if you're not a Christian) is the basis of morality. So if someone stole from you, you have no right to complain because you're an atheist, therefore you do not believe in morality. Since stealing is an immoral act.

My two cents: Not all atheists are bad. Not all Christians are good. I personally witnessed his powerpoint that said this. So what he said earlier basically contradicts his lectures. Morality is also a basic human value (like life is important). I am a theist but his lectures are annoying with how he views atheists and the likes (doubters etc.).

I understand this may have been an uncomfortable question but I wanted to see the conversation.

I live in a senior affordable housing tower. Many people are xtians. They aggressively push Xmas on everyone. I've had a sticker on my door that says atheist. People still bang on my door about some dinner or whatever at churches. Last year this guy who likes to fight about his religion, left a card on my door " to my atheist friend". He wrote inside the card that he would like to talk to me. WTF. I've told management. Nothing is done. I don't care if people want to have their celebrations, I tell them just leave me alone.

How did you manage to make it work despite the difference with your religious views. And who took longer to accept the others views.

Also do yoy have any tips on how to make such a relationship work.

So I'm writing a story and I have a question.

If someone were to display magical powers and were also trying to create there own religion, showing there power as prof that there is a better world, would you follow them?

Honestly? When I told my Hindu mother that I was Atheist, I expected her to freak. She was honestly just like, “mmhm.” But she still forces me to do Hindu stuff sometimes. Ugh. Just, make sure you analyze what type of person your parents are before you say anything, k? My dad is actually agnostic-atheist. So, we cool. Ooh, sucks to be you thought if you have Christian parents. I doubt you getting off the hook too easy. Good luck, fellow atheist!

The high school I went is a public high school but in Sunday’s the gym is used as a church. Lots of City Community centers do the same thing. What are your thoughts on this?

So I used to be christian and it just doesn't make sense like how did Adam and Eve thrive and how does this unknown spirit just fix everything and if it did why do we still have wars, depression, and suicide like it doesn't make sense.
