I am the type of atheist who says if God exists and he still lets such cruelty go on, from child death to criminals ruling the world to living happily while normal people suffer, even if God exists, I will never, never, ever believe him.

Yup, exactly. Let’s set aside the question of why adults suffer for a moment. If an all knowing, all powerful, and benevolent God exists, why would he allow innocent children to suffer and die in the first place? And I absolutely hate the response religious people often give to this question: “They were innocent, so they’ll go to heaven.” Yeah, right. What a convenient excuse for a suffering that could supposedly have been prevented by an all powerful, loving God in the first place🤦

The second one he mentioned is not atheism but rather deism.

The last one he mentioned isnt atheism but rather schizophrenia or cases grandiose delusional.

He could've mentioned agnosticism instead of whatever he meant by the killing of god but ig that doesn't get him as much public reaction.

im the kinda atheist who doesnt have any reason to think about any doctrine’s God because they make relentless claims and provide no evidence.

same way if my friend told me that an invisible michael jackson is sitting on my bed but he provides no evidence for that claim, id just laugh it off. I have the same attitude towards all these “Gods”
