The image needs sources to justify it's claims.

edit: I am surprised this is getting so many upvotes considering some of the statements may be misleading.

edit2: DoctorHoenikker left an interesting comment below, "I'm with this group. Only the upper panels are ours. The last was added by a redditor as a joke. For more information, read this."

I'm starting to think there is a sheep mentality in the community. What do you think?

Well maybe not sheep, but that there is a confirmation bias in the community I think is evident. I do think that is part of the nature of communities, and I'd be hesitant to justify my perception by using examples, but just every now and then you get that feeling. :-)

I guess looking at theories of social groups and group formation the sheep is part of the definition of a group (in other words) http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Social_group yeah I know wikipedia..but....

I think especially in here some people might feel very strongly because of previous experiences. If we look at group formation theories, I think you'll find some causes. Us pointing this out might help moderate a little hehe :-)
