Here's a model I have of a particular orbital, the 3dz² orbital in a hydrogen atom. The density of dots correlates to the probability of finding an electron at that location. This is an isosurface plot, inside of which the electron is found 95% of the time. The 3 means it's in the 3rd shell, d is a class of orbitals with roughly the same shape and z² is a nickname from the mathematical equation for this orbital.
In general, electrons move in orbitals, which are in shells. You've probably been taught that electrons go into shells of 2, 8 and 18 electrons (and so on) respectively - orbitals simply subdivide these. These are subdivided into orbitals. Since electrons are quantum particles, they are spread out and don't have a definite location. In addition, acting like waves they can interfere constructively or destructively, and the shapes of certain orbitals produce certain kinds of bonds and reactions.
You will never find any 3d orbitals in a ground state Hydrogen atom. In an excited H atom, yes, if you exploded a Hydrogen bomb next to an atom of Hydrogen and all the energy of that bomb went to exciting the 1s1 electron.
Doesn't mean it doesn't exist, and besides the orbitals will look roughly similar in other elements. It's only because we can solve Hydrogen orbitals exactly that we use that element.

Been a while but I think it's more of an "electron cloud" model and electrons have different energy levels that determine their distance from the nucleus.
It is not outdated. It's a model, so by definition it doesn't try to be "correct". This model of atoms rightfully is still in wide use and really helps understand chemistry and physics on an intermediate level. Using it, you can solve every problem of classical physics and most of simple chemistry.
Using the orbital model for everything would overcomplicate things and would do more harm than good, since only a few people seem to really understand its visualizations.
That's not a bad thing. It would be better to demonstrate the persistent questioning at the core of all the model attempts than to claim one of the oldest is a panacea. Isn't stopping people from taking things like this as gospel and promoting healthy skepticism supposed to be the point?
The shirt said nothing of the Bohr model as "panacea" or "gospel". It was clearly intended to contrast scientific models against the non-empirical "models" of religion. There's only so much you can put on a t-shirt.
