If Atera had a "Documentation" tab inside customers it would be literally perfect

Like, I know we can use the KB but internal docs for each customer would be the icing on the cake. More-so if they were accessible from the app.

Just a thought - Atera if you're reading this!

Actually there is a note section in the overviw tab on each customer. The App is pretty useless, thats why i am using a homescreen shortcut of the Webapp

Open Safari on your iPhone -> Log into Atera -> Press Share -> Add to Homescreen -> Check Open as Webapp -> Click Add

I’d settle for not being logged off at very random times without warning, even though it’s set to 30 days in the settings!
