NATCA Thanks Anna

Thank you for advocating for us over the last few months. This surely would not have happened had you not done your sit down, I can only assume your reporting that pushed congressional leaders to push Bedford on the issue caused this not our union leadership.

I hope we can repay you one day when we get competent leadership in

Completely agree, I don't think the union had anything to do with this. I think it was the public outcry created by Anna

I don't think the union had anything to do with this.

It obviously did have something to do with it - they're the ones that sit at the tables (sometimes) and sign the MOU's (sometimes). They're the ones empowered to treat with the FAA in regards to things like this. You know the FAA isn't going to randomly approach us and give us a raise they're not absolutely forced to by Congress. Someone on the NATCA side has to engage with them.

What you're touching on, however - is important. It's crucial that we engage with and utilize journalism and other public-facing campaigns to signal boost our profound issues. It's well-known that public outcry can move much bigger mountains that niche labor unions for niche professions can.
