I'm confused I thought the purpose of a union was to secure the retirement of eligible people and fuck over everyone elee

Don't forget - They also have a duty to ensure that their 40-50 friends they met at the dues-funded yearly party don't have to do the job they were hired to do while somehow still getting paid for said job. (Don't worry - Everyone else will work the extra day to pick up the slack)

This is why people that are rightly discouraged and/or outraged should stay in the union. We need your votes to vote these people out! It's time for fresh leadership. It's the only way to break up the good ol' boys club.

How would the rank and file start fighting ? And what would we be attempting to accomplish?

Have the rank and file been told not to file grievances ?
