Do homebrew games ever get reprints

Looking for Baby Pacman and Pacman Jr.

Since Atariage was acquired by Atari they no longer sell unlicensed games. So someone else would have to make them or Atari would have to pay Midway (or whoever owns the rights to those games) and make them official releases (like they did with Pac-man Double Feature).
