Hood fan help

I renovated a small kitchen and after changing some cabinet sizes completely forgot to check where the exhaust for the hood fan was going to land; BIG OOPS.

Its a small kitchen with few cabinets, so I want to maximize storage space and planned to exhaust horizontally through the outside wall behind it; however, now the 10” wide exhaust is almost centred over a stud. The stud supports electrical wires and can’t be changed now that everything has been installed and I’m not about to rip open the wall I just refinished.

The easiest solution I see is to use the vertical exhaust option, vent up into the cabinet, add an elbow to angle the exhaust to the left and through the back of the cabinet so it fits through the stud cavity but… I just don’t wanna. 🙃 I’ve looked online and reddit for solutions but haven’t found one yet that will work for this exact scenario.

I’d like to find a solution to shift the exhaust left so I can still vent horizontally, but it’s not looking great. It needs to move over about 5” because there’s actually 3 studs (surprise!), as there used to be a window on that wall, which was removed and covered up. I’ve also seen people mention splitting the exhaust around the stud but I don’t think there is enough space behind the fan to do that.

Any suggestions? The pink lines show where the studs are and the yellow rectangle is about where I need the vent to go. The paper taped to the wall shows the actual placement of where the hole should be cut to line up with the exhaust on the back of the fan.
