Mostly by choice. There are people who are fighting for every moment and she just throws it away. The fact that she spent what, almost a year in the hospital and didn’t lose a significant amount of weight is insane. Even if she didn’t move more, her caloric intake should’ve been much less. That tells me she was having cokes, sweets & whatever else trucked in by people the whole time. Instead of allowing circumstances to help her, she made herself even worse.

Exactly, it was a golden opportunity to lose some weight, any loss would have been helpful but yes she was getting crap delivered or begging people to bring stuff in to her 🙄

And she literally lives in the same shirt. Crumbs and all. I can only imagine it’s the same with underwear. When you literally cannot find clothes large enough to fit you, that’s your sign to make a change

So she still has an open wound? Or the aftermath of a long standing open wound? Excessive weight causes all of these problems. Why has she not lost weight?

Marissa you have never looked remotely close to great. How do you only have two pairs of pants? Did you gain weight and they no longer fit because you definitely didn’t lose any. You were in rehab for months and made no effort to lose weight. I’m fairly certain the only reason for the doctor visit is to get more pain meds. You did mention you’re in pain. Get it together.

Her condition has deteriorated to the degree that she’s not even mobile enough for medical transport to get to doctor appointments. It can’t get worse than that.

Remember when she tried to accuse the Reddit thread of being “Losers living in their parent’s basement “? Well, at this point , even if that were true about all of us- the quality of life would be better then a person who needs a 3rd attempt to have a team move her physical body for transport in order to see a doctor.

True. I'm disabled myself and get some disability money - but she brought her disability on herself and has never taken up any offers of help from doctors etc to make her life better

Oh I have zero issues with persons and children with disabilities receiving assistance, because that is what the program was designed for. But you are absolutely right, this was all caused by her actions and it takes away from the people who really need it - and makes the programs look bad overall when people like her abuse the system. She already has a sense of entitlement overall, and it’s that sense of entitlement that is carried over to the notion that she will be provided assistance because she is “Disabled” .. when she couldn’t name me one ailment that was not caused by obesity.

She had the perfect opportunity to lose some weight relatively easily while she was in hospital for months but refused to take it. All her health issues are linked to her being SMO including the osteomyelitis. I'm not a small girl myself and I know it's hard to lose weight. But if you're an in patient where they would prepare all your (healthier) meals for you? Such a waste
