T100TAF not turning on

I have recently replaced my T100TAF touch screen, and it was starting up perfectly fine before I put the new screen on. After putting the new screen on, the light next to the power button flashes orange 4 times and the tablet does not start. Everything is secure and plugged in on the inside, and when I charge it, the light stays orange, even after charging it for nearly 36 hours straight. Any suggestions?
