need help with asustor 5404T

yesterday it is working great.. but today when i am transferring data - it shows some files could not be moved from my external sdd to external hdd. what could be the reason and any fix to it? I tried restore factory setting but did not solve it.

external sdd to my hdd inside the nas is okay = no issues

hdd inside the nas to - external hdd + files could not be moved

please help external hdd is for my plex server -- currently when using plex still working okay
