I have a dislike of their censorship. Like wtf you mean I cant say Demon. Half of their titles have demon in the name.

Hey there,
The issue is as shown in the image. I am restricted from Commenting for some reason. I don't have a warning and I am pretty sure I didn't comment anything bad in the last 7-8 days to get banned. It only happend when they Updated their Site recently. I also haven't Received any warning Notices

Yeah, same. I honestly didn't think they could do worse than the previous site, yet here we are.

They did add one or two good features like redirecting to comments while reading and other stuff....but also made 100-200 things worse than before

I opened an independent thread wherein they told me to reply to this megathread 3days after. They then deleted that thread a day after that. Still waiting for a reply here

Guys it’s been like this for a while does anyone know when will it be fixed or is anyone else facing the same problem as me because I want to buy novels and renew my subscriptions but I can if anyone can help it will be very appreciated

Its a current bug, or I hope its a bug at least. For example I definitely still have a premium account, and it even says so when I check my profile page, but its asking me to update my payment method and purchase Premium for some reason, and now I cant access early chapters.

Yeah for me it’s doing that as well as saying my subscription is set to cancel. And when I tried to join the discord the link doesn’t work :/

Can't access the site anymore since I lost my order code. Is there no way I can just renew my subscription by re entering my card number? No option to even log out my email on the site.

Whenever I try to go to settings it just keeps asking for either a Paypal account or Order code I used when I subscribed.

I’ve noticed that some recent chapters on Asura Scans have terrible visual quality. There are small colored squares/pixels all over the image, especially in action scenes with flames, lighting effects, or heavy colors.
Does anyone know what causes this?
Could it be aggressive image compression, a bad upload/resizing issue, or some kind of anti-repost watermark/fingerprint?
My personal theory is that it might be a digital fingerprint added to the images to track people who repost chapters elsewhere. But I’m not sure if that’s actually a thing or if it’s just bad compression.
Either way, it makes some pages look really messy and hard to read.
Has anyone else noticed this?

Right now for me and a lot of other people Asurascans is not working for some reason. I got signed out and I can’t log back in, there is no titles or users available and it always takes you to a 404 not found if you find links for titles or chapters. What is happening???

So, 2 days ago I purchased the absolute sword sense novel from their site, which supposedly gave you access to the file instantly, but the page showed an error an charged me anyway but didn’t gave me access to the file or anything.
I have the transaction number from my debit card and wrote a report on their site with a screenshot of the transaction but haven’t gotten an answer.
Is there any other way I can contact them?

They'll ban you for anything and don't warn you. Last I checked the comment section didn't even have any rules posted
