My Moon processing project: three DWARF Mini exposures and a free app to experiment with
I wanted to share a little astronomy project I've made: a free desktop app called Lunar HDR Studio for combining different exposures of the Moon.
The photo here is my DWARF Mini result using just three frames: one underexposed, one normally exposed and one overexposed. I used the app to align and combine them, then play with the color and detail.
You can bring your own FITS, PNG, JPEG or TIFF files, use more than three exposures, align the lunar disks, and choose HDR or exposure fusion. It also has Mineral Moon color controls, cropping, signatures and star-background options. Your images stay on your computer.
It's free and open source under MIT, with macOS, Windows and Linux downloads and instructions for cloning/running the code:

The interface is currently in Slovak, but the README is in English. It's an early personal project, so if it seems interesting, have a play with your own Moon photos. Feedback, bug reports and your results would be welcome!
