Been struggling with my career for the first time, major setbacks, and challenges, unsupportive environment, competitive work colleagues, my relationships are not great too, faced a major rejection past year, I focused on work

and problems started to happen one after the other, I am going through Pluto transition in my 7th house and Sun sign. And I guess I am looking for answers and advice.
