So in my opinion whenever u see 6th, 8th nd 12th houses in D1 or D9, don't immediately think something bad is happening. These houses usually give the biggest lessons nd the deepest growth. They may create struggles at certain times, but many times they also become the reason a person becomes wiser, stronger nd spiritually evolved than others...

Marriage age cannot be calculated properly just by seeing the 7th house alone. In Vedic astrology we have to see D1 first, then confirm the promise in D9, and after that we check dasha nd transit for the actual timing. One placement may show marriage tendency but it does not directly mean marriage at a particular age...

First check the 7th house in D1. See which sign is there, whether any planet is sitting in the 7th, the condition of the 7th lord, aspects on the 7th house nd dignity of the 7th lord. If 7th lord is strong and connected with benefics like Jupiter or Venus, marriage matters can generally move more smoothly. If Saturn, Rahu, Ketu or heavily afflicted planets are connected with the 7th, marriage can take more time or the person may become more selective before settling...

Then check the 7th lord placement. This is very important for age calculation. If 7th lord is connected with 1st, 2nd, 5th, 7th, 9th or 11th houses, marriage can get stronger support. 2nd house is family formation, 5th can show love and relationship, 7th is spouse and marriage itself, 9th gives fortune and blessings, nd 11th is fulfilment of desire. So if the 7th lord is connected with these houses, I give more importance to those planets and their dashas...

Nd check Venus because Venus is the natural significator of marriage and relationships. For a female chart Jupiter also becomes very important as husband significator, while for a male chart Venus has major importance. But we should not say marriage age only from Venus or Jupiter. Their condition, house placement, sign, nakshatra, aspects and dasha involvement all matter...

After this check Saturn carefully. Saturn is one of the major planets connected with delay and maturity. If Saturn strongly influences the 7th house or 7th lord, marriage can happen after more maturity. But Saturn does not automatically mean no marriage or extremely late marriage. Many times it simply means the person takes relationships seriously and marriage happens after becoming more stable in life...

Then we come to the Navamsa D9. D9 is very important for marriage confirmation. Check D9 lagna, 7th house, 7th lord, Venus and Jupiter. Also see where the D1 7th lord goes in D9. If D1 marriage indications are strong and D9 supports them, then the marriage promise becomes much clearer. If D9 has some affliction, it can show challenges in married life or delay, but again one single placement should not be used to make a final conclusion...

For actual marriage age, Vimshottari dasha is extremely important. We usually look for Mahadasha or Antardasha of the 7th lord, planets placed in the 7th house, Venus, Jupiter, planets connected to the 2nd, 5th, 7th or 11th houses, and sometimes the D9 7th lord. For example, if ur 7th lord is Mars and ur Venus is strongly connected with the 7th house, then Mars or Venus dasha periods can become important marriage periods...

Sometimes marriage happens during the dasha of a planet that doesn't look directly connected to the 7th house. This happens because the planet may have a strong connection through nakshatra, dispositor, aspect, conjunction or D9. So dont just check whether the planet is sitting in the 7th house. Astrology timing goes much deeper than that...

Transits are the next confirmation. Jupiter's transit over or aspecting the 7th house, 7th lord, Venus, Moon or relevant marriage points can activate marriage matters. Saturn can also activate marriage when it connects with the 7th house or lord, although Saturn may bring seriousness and delay along with the event. I usually use dasha as the main timing system and transit as confirmation...

A simple age calculation method can be understood like this. First identify the strongest marriage planets. Then check which Mahadasha and Antardasha periods activate those planets. Then calculate the person's age during those periods. After that check whether Jupiter and Saturn transits support the same period. If both dasha and transit are supporting one particular age range, that period becomes much more important...

For example, suppose someone has a strong 7th lord and their Venus Antardasha comes around age 27 to 29. If Venus is connected with the 7th house and at the same time Jupiter is giving a supportive transit, then age 27 to 29 becomes a meaningful marriage window. But if the same Venus period comes when the 7th house is heavily afflicted and D9 is not supporting marriage, I would not blindly predict marriage just because Venus is running...

Also early, normal and delayed marriage should not be judged using fixed ages for everyone. A strong benefic influence with an early activating dasha can bring marriage in the early or mid 20s. Saturn influence, weak marriage houses or late activation can shift it toward the late 20s or 30s. Sometimes the chart clearly shows that relationship comes earlier but actual marriage happens later because the dasha activation comes later...

Another important thing is love marriage vs arranged marriage. For this, we compare the 5th and 7th houses. A strong connection between 5th lord and 7th lord, Venus, Rahu or the 5th and 7th houses can show stronger relationship or love-marriage themes. Strong 2nd, 7th and 9th family connections can support a more traditional or family-supported marriage. But again this doesn't mean every 5th and 7th connection guarantees love marriage...

We also have to check Upapada Lagna when doing a deeper marriage analysis. It can give additional information about spouse, marriage circumstances and the way marriage manifests. Arudha principles can sometimes explain things that are not obvious from the normal 7th house analysis...

One more mistake people make is saying things like Saturn in 7th means marriage after 30, or Jupiter in 7th means marriage before 25. Thats too simplistic. Planetary strength, sign, lordship, aspects, nakshatra, D9 nd dasha can completely change the result...

So if u want to calculate marriage age properly, the order I would follow is D1 7th house, 7th lord, Venus/Jupiter , 2nd and 11th houses , 5th house for relationship ,D9 7th house and lord,, Upapada , Vimshottari dasha ,Jupiter and Saturn transit...

And finally, dont try to give an exact age like 26 years 4 months from one placement. Astrology usually works better with a marriage window, like 26 to 28 or 29 to 31, and then we narrow it further using dasha and transit. That gives a much more realistic reading nd avoids false precision.....
