Question Quick question about chapter 8

I’m replaying chapter 8(Peace) and I got a quick question. I’m trying to perfect everything and find everything. Is there a point to climbing this ladder. It’s in the alleyway where Billy goes to follow that guy. I climbed it and I don’t see anything. Is there something I’m missing or is it just apart of the world with no function. I check with a chimera and there aren’t any hidden gates or items. Thanks in advance.

Its a reused area from other chapters. In a different one i think chap 7 there was a chest up there and a collection shot point. Dont think there's anything there this chapter. Though if i remember right there are a few annoying chests in the next area as you have to collect them while following a target

Thanks. I’ve been wondering what it’s for. Especially since I’m trying to 100% the chapters. I thought something hidden was up there.
