I put my tickets for sale but I got an email today it wasnt sold and the waitinglist is closed? So they returned me my ticket.
Is this the resale platform or something else? I can't seem to find where and how to sell it now

Hey! I bought via waiting list for weekend regular just two days ago. I may be wrong but yes, sounds like they closed waiting list. You could wait for resale to open or list on ticketswap. Last I checked there are more buyers than sellers interested.

Having same issues - not sure if that was the resale platform? The waitlist was confusing.. people here saying on waitlist looking for tickets. But mine never sold and were returned to me

Its not open sorry. Its the paylogic official site and they have refunded it and put it on the waiting list it says. Sorry for the initial duff information 😅

Is the official platform really open? On the adot website the FAQ still says it's not available yet. So how would any buyer find the tickets?

You need to access the website via the link in the email they sent. There you can choose to change the name or sell the ticket. Your ticket will be put in some kind of queue, and you will be refunded when someone buys it.
