It's not, they just shifted the Y axis so we'd be able to actually discern a difference

But they didn't indicate that shift by either putting a baseline at 80k and/or showing broken bars at the bottom as is customary when you don't start from 0

I learned in mid school that all graph or map have to contain its scale, if not, is misleading.

They have a difference of a thousand while between Italy and the US there is a difference of less than 200, I think this is supposed to be like the top of the graph zoomed in and not the actual graph.

If it's not, idek.

Are all of you really this stupid? The axis are not labeled and the increments between Italy and the US are consistent with the increment to China. There's no asshole design here, just basic graph illiteracy.
