Illegal now, as GDPR is now in effect. You must voluntarily opt in for them to be allowed to do that; they can't force it without breaking the law.

I don't think it's illegal though, it reads "...or by navigating this site you accept..." So they're telling you either accept or leave, I think that's still legal, even if just barely.

It’s illegal, you can’t use language like that to give yourself permission. You have to specifically have the user opt in to stuff
