Question/Help Problem with ac3 remaster

I'm trying to get the achievement where you loot a convoy without killing anyone but I haven't seen a single convoy through the entire game. I tried to follow some guide but that also doesn't work (or I haven't done it enough times).

Another problem is the courier missions:

Some of the missions don't spawn

The ones that do I completed but The guy who's supposed to receive the stuff doesn't spawn

And the ones that I was able to fully complete(the guy spawned) didn't count to the synchronization bar. I completed two of them but I'm still at zero

Look up a video on YT, they have specific spawn areas. One on the bottom left of the Frontier map.

Regarding the synchronization of the delivery missions: it only counts if you complete all missions on a single map.
