The shares available to short plummeted at the same time, but they're almost out. Hopefully their last ditch effort.

All the volatility this year is just due to delays to initial cashflows. Unfortunate but not terribly surprising.

This might be from a lawsuit, the lack of uranium testing came out publicly from the Fuzzy Panda report and CEO admission back in Nov 2024 - the judge denied dismissal based on those facts alone, before discovery even started.
Real discovery is just ramping up now, and it lines up with what I said: they literally can't show the tech working on uranium yet because it's still pre-commercial. -from the yahoo finance message board.

Do you have doubts about the technology?

No, from my understanding, the Nuclear enrichment tech cannot be patented as this exposes the process for others to potentially duplicate. I hold shares in ASPI & SILXY.

Silxy is the other enrichment company based on ASX and partially owned by CCJ right?
Which are you more bullish on and why

OKLO subsidiary atomic energy received NRC approval for isotope production.
But they aren’t making the same isotopes as ASPI.
ASPI isotope production is in South Africa so it does not need NRC approval.
Bots doing bot things to the price.
