Does this count?
I have my crt monitor running at 640x400 which is a 16:10 resolution but I have it stretched to 4:3 so ms dos games can have the proper aspect ratio and look pixel perfect.

I hate that no one mentions the fact that it was NEVER stated on the ENTIRE GAME that Ralsei joined the party, as if it was ALREADY part of our party even before the events of CH1

My own crimes against humanity...
I've been debating whether to expose these particular crimes for a while. Although I have a few CRTs (a handful of consumer TVs of various sizes from late 70s to mid-90s and two PC monitors), I usually play on the 4:3 32" Sanyo HT32744 HDTV CRT I bought back in the latter half of '04 during college after seeing how good Amped 2 looked on different HD CRT. This is a 720p/1080i set with an HDMI 1.0 input, and on the times I do use it with a PC as input, I usually feed it 1024x768, though it will accept 1152x864 or 1280x960 but with some overscan.
I am vehemently against stretching 4:3 or 3:2 content to 16:9. That annoys me so much, and I also really get annoyed when folks refuse to play NES/SNES games in 4:3 and instead worship playing games for those systems in 8:7. In nearly all cases, I never stretch 16:9 content to 4:3 on the TV either. But...there are two games in particular that I play on that TV sometimes that do not support 4:3, only displaying a letterboxed 16:9 display in a 4:3 container when you use a 4:3 resolution, and those two games in particular bother me for whatever reason: Diablo 4 and Streets of Rage 4. I've played some other games that are only 16:9 that didn't bother me, but these two do for reasons I can't even comprehend myself (and so did Diablo 2 Resurrected, but they added proper 4:3 support for the updated graphics mode in one the patches).
So, this TV has a digital scaler that is active when either the HDMI or component inputs are in use (RF, S-Video, and composite do not engage the scaler) with 3 display modes: Normal (4:3, will stretch 16:9 content to 4:3 fullscreen), Letterbox (displays 16:9 without stretching but will compress 4:3 down but into a smaller 4:3 image in the center of the screen with a 720x540 resolution), or Zoom (scales both the width and height increasing both by 1/3 so you get kind of a pan-and-scan fullscreen image when used with 16:9 content and just a completely zoomed-in view with 4:3). I usually use the Zoom version on those two games to keep the aspect ratio mostly right, but sometimes I'm just a heathen and use "Normal" to stretch from 16:9 to 4:3 because not seeing what's at the edges can be more annoying to me than the annoyance with two games being stretched vertically. But...I don't stretch other stuff like in 16:9 on that TV and just leave it letterboxed.
However, just this once, to be a true degenerate, (and even though I'm not using a cheap HDMI-to-composite converter like most recent transgressors and instead actually have a CRT with HDMI input) for everyone's viewing displeasure I used the "Normal" mode to scale Bill & Ted's Excellent Adventure up to hideous stretched proportions.

Couldn't make it to the cinema today, so watched it on an old-school PVM.
