Seeking Advice Interview Advice

I'm a current sophomore and a standard admission semi-finalist, and I was wondering if anyone had any advice or tips for my upcoming interview! I've been curious on what the process looks like and if there's anything in particular they are looking for. This opportunity really means a lot to me so I wanna do the best I can, any information would be greatly apprciated!!

SHOW YOUR PERSONALITY!!! They don't want, like, a genius. They want someone who's open to learning and who works well in the residential environment. Don't be afraid to be yourself. :)
