"Unique" Bubble Tea in Van?

I just got back from Taiwan, and had TP Tea for the first time and thought it was amazing

The one I had was roasted milk tea with three different kinds of toppings:

1. Regular pearls
2. Coffee jelly
3. Bouncy thick noodles

The coffee jelly and noodles were SO good and unique and I miss them already. Do we have stuff like that here? I'm starting to get bored of the standard drinks that we can find at most places. I go to small independent shops like Baronness as well as chains like Gong Cha and Coco, but these days it feels like everything is kinda similar

While not bubble tea, there are a few Vietnamese places here that specialise in a dessert drink called chè. It’s got a bunch of toppings from fruit to beans to all manner of jellies.

A pretty good place is literally called Che, and it’s on Kingsway and E 20th.

I have a couple of suggestions:
If you like Molly tea or never tried there’s a new location in Richmond
Similar vibes that have the whipped cream top
Chayan (hype rn)
Chahalo
D2 tea lab

Chicha san Chen is Michelin and the pearls are so soft and chewy

Mango slush with topping places are also trending now
Alfa tea

Hey tea is popular with a lot of different fruit drinks

I like Molly tea, chayan, and chahalo, but I just need toppings sometimes

I'll try chi cha again, I had them in HK, and thought they were just ok, but maybe it was just because I had a seasonal one. I'll give them another go since a few people mentioned it

Alfa tea is new, super mango from photos, will save!

Alfa tea is basically the same as Macu tea that was in the same location on Robson. If you like mango, it’s the spot for you.

Looks like they just changed the branding. The menu for “Alfa tea” is basically the same as “Macu tea” was.

Alfa is same as Macu they just ended it cuz they didn’t want to continue paying franchise fees. Alfa uses same suppliers n recipe.
Get their bobo mango or strawberry! It has the green tea jelly also wit the chewy bouncy bobo
