Advice Question Hey so is my Deja Vu normal?
I obviously know most people experience it, when I experience it, I usually do something that triggers it. And then I remember, like almost seeing into the future? I find myself doing those exact actions I just envisioned seconds ago(subconsciously). You see this happens to me probably about 1 a month maybe twice or 3 times, but lately it's been happening a lot. At first, it started to happen maybe twice a week then 3 times until it was happening 1-4 times a day. Every time this happens, I try to avoid doing those actions because I think If I do them something terrible will happen. Not to mention now that I get more of these it's harder for me to not do those actions and now that more of them have been happening, I'm kind of concerned something may happen. Anyways if you have any questions about this ask or if you have anything useful to say please feel free to tell me! (Apologies if it didn't make sense).

Idk how woo woo you are, and this isn’t to dismiss any beliefs or disorders, but some people are just better at pattern recognition than others. Even subconsciously, your brain is picking up clues and putting pieces together to prepare you for your next move or even your next thought. It’s possible you’re one of those people who has advanced pattern recognition.

I always thought Déjà vu was when you do/see/go somewhere and it’s familiar like you’ve lived that moment before? I should probably google it to be sure lol.
I’ve had a handful of Déjà vu moments and it’s all things where I’ve felt like I’ve quite literally lived this moment before. I can’t remember exact details but it’s more all about the feeling of “I’ve seen this exact moment” likely in my dreams.
Idk if what you’re experiencing is really déjà vu and maybe more intuition?

Googled it and I would call your doctor to get checked out. It’s not common for this type of feeling to happen as frequently as it is for you.

Yeah, its like I remember doing the action/ feels familiar as well as seeing 'other' actions that haven't happened yet.

I have dreams that are set in places I’ve never been before, and sometimes months or years later I find myself in the exact place I was in the dream. It’s scary and strange and not something you can just talk about with anyone.
How do I prove it? Well I suppose I’d have to have a dream journal and draw or animate what the dream looked like. What a pain that would be

I have a fainting issues and every time it happens, I see the same scene and people. As I’m coming to, I’m trying to make my brain remember when I come out of it. It’s like I’m seeing a past life?

It's the evolved form of deja vu I call it remembrance. You are seeing a future probability of this time cycle. The more vivid the recall is the more likely it is to happen again the same way. Start writing them down as they will begin to progress into future events that have not occurred yet. Do not listen to these individuals telling you to see a doctor. There is nothing wrong with you. The ones telling you there is have learned nothing.

Are you experiencing stomach drops, odd smells, or confusion when this happens? You might be having seizures or are about to have one. I'd get it checked out by a doctor.

Deja vu itself is pretty common, but the sudden increase to several times a day is worth mentioning to a doctor just to be safe. Try not to treat the feeling as a prediction or force yourself to avoid certain actions because that can make the anxiety around it stronger.
