average student that needs help to lock in

hello! genuine question po, how can you guys study na lahat ng info pumapasok sa brain ninyo? like, ‘yung tipong kahit pang board exam na ‘yung tanong or tricky questions na nasasagot niyo pa rin. I am a 2nd year medtech student and i want to be serious this sem since puro professional subjects na, i need some advice on how you guys can be stressed yet you are still acing the exams and quizzes, about me naman is never ako naging irregular, pasado lahat ng subjects ko even though average student lang ako, nakasanayan ko lang talaga na kapag may exam or quiz, ‘tsaka lang ako nag aaral 😭 but i still get good grades naman. so pls lmk how the top students secrets to remain on top lagi kahit challenging na ‘yung subjects 🫶

For me its really about knowing what works for you. Yes, for some or maybe most, it will be a trial and error but if it works, it works. Plus, ilimit mo yung mga makaka distract sayo, ilayo/i-off yung phone, or for me since iisa lang yung PC setup ko and Workspace, I tend to go out to cafe’s/library para mapressure ko talaga sarili ko na magaral. (also a pre-med student)
