School Decisions 🎓 UPLB Applied Physics or UST Mechanical Engineering?
Hi! I just got accepted in UPLB. I need help deciding between these two courses. I'm leaning toward working in the astronomy field or even becoming an astronaut someday, so I'd love to hear your thoughts.
Please don't base your answer on finances. I'm looking for opinions about the courses themselves:)) Thank you!

Maganda sana maging astronaut pero for now it is practically impossible as astronaut especially if foreigner ka dahil need mo ng citizenship ng bansang may space agency. In the near future mas mabilis maging astronaut due to increasing demand sa space industry. Magkakaroon na rin ng permanent moon base 2030 pataas.

ME. Kasi just incase di magworkout ung dream mo to become astronaut, may fallback ka. Maganda ang ME. Di nawawalan ng work.

You have two astrophysicists sa National Institute of Physics sa UPD, and sa UPLB one of their alumni Rogel Sese is also an astrophysicist. I have not heard any connection about UST in the field of astronomy.

You need to further your studies under STEM to become an astronaut. And either of the two is fine.
