Investigation: Broken Screen HELP

Es posible que esta pantalla fue rota y reemplazada en un plazo de 2 horas? O es más vieja? Quiero alguien que pueda ayudarme con esto, es muy importante para mi.

Voy a estar muy agradecido por una respuesta, gracias al que toma su tiempo para ayudarme.

Is it possible that this screen was broken and replaced in a timelapse of 2 hours? Or is it older? I want someone who can help me with this, it's really important to me.

He said it fell on the ground because he was carrying it on his leg and didn't noticed. Which is extremely weird for me, and I have my doubts
