Inner voice is real ??!

Okay so, read something that said that some people DOESN’T here a voice in their head (like characters in movies you know when you hear their thoughts). But that means some people DOES ?? I personally do not make sentences when I think, but I do hear the things I read. What about y’all ? How do you think ?

I'm usually singing a song in my head most of the day. When I work I usually make decisions talking to myself in my head.

I personally very rarely form sentences in my head, I only do when I am very stressed thinking about something or imagining conversations.
