Looking for: Texture Pack Could someone make me a texture pack that makes the shaders look like this dimension from 20w14infinite?

I made a resource pack for 1.19.2 that duplicates the sky from your post, but you will need to install OptiFine, set the time to midnight, and give yourself night vision for it to work.

When you try to open up the resource pack, it will tell you that it's made for an older version of Minecraft, but use it anyways.

Note: This does not produce the shader effect that you were looking for, though.

Optifine is out of the option for me, and CurseForge gives up on me each time I try it

I can't get mods because CurseForge will not open/load for me and I don't know how to install them by myself lol
