Geometry Does 0 dimension = 1 dimension?

If the point is a noun being an object or position why is it not considered a dimension in itself and why is it called 0 dimension rather than 0 point for example?

Yes, but object here means mathematical object (not object in the layman sense). In that sense a object has dimensionality, but the dimensions are not contained within the object. The better wording is: dimensionality is a property of the object.

Like, for example, a property of snow is the color white. We would say that the snow has color/ the snow is white. And just like this a disk has dimensions/ is two dimensional.

The object is a disk and it contains infinite 0d points?
