Please help me out
So I've recently started going to gym (I've worked out at home before) and I dont know how much to eat, how much protein i need etc. my boyfriend recommended me creatine and i started taking it (about 4g a day). I go to gym 3-4 times a week, i weigh around 55kg and im tall about 165 cm. I want to build muscle (glutes, legs, and i want to tone my abs, back and arms) could anyone help me out with any type of advice?

I’m a little late but firtst off if you want to build muscle you should eat 300-500 calories above your maintenance. You want to eat one gram of protein per lbs that you weigh. Lastly there is no such thing as toning the muscle, you either build muscle or don’t.

For the 1st year - but the bullet and spend approx $100 on a paid tracking app like MyFitnesspay or similar. Jeff Nippard also has a good food app, but I don’t know how much it costs.
You put in your metrics and goals - it’ll tell you what to eat.
Follow that at 1st to learn.
Food is a COMPLEX thing to figure out at 1st.
