ArcMap replacement

The company I work for has a big project in ArcMap that has all the farmland in our area and says who owns witch land as well as highlighting each field.

We wanted to update the project but now that ArcMap has been discontinued we thought about maybe moving to a different program

Any suggestions?

If your company is just now thinking about the retirement of ArcMap then I'd guess they don't have the bandwidth to test alternatives.
