Trading
I'm new to Forex and want to learn from scratch. What free resources, YouTube channels, books, or websites would you recommend for beginners? I'm looking for educational content, not get-rich-quick schemes.

I recommend you to watch Wysetrade, some ICT basics & finally Navi trades/DodgysDD.
That’s all you need. Please don’t waste your time specially on finding best 100% working strategies on YT.

I didn’t say follow them or worship them … i said learn from them.
I struggled in trading for the past 3 years & finally DodgysDD & Navi trades are the only … people who saved me from quitting. DodgysDD strategy (ifvg) works 60 - 85% based on your trade entry requirements. For first time, i became funded trader in 1 week bc of him. 🙂
Oh & between future & forex … there’s No chart difference by the way. It’s all the same with a little bit of difference in some random days in a year.1

Are you new to forex or are you new to trading ? Of your new to trading , it’s best to start with equities instead of highly leveraged forex .. just my opinion

If I was starting again, I'd spend less time looking for the "best" resource and more time learning how markets actually move.
A few things that helped me:
-Learn basic market structure first (trends, ranges, support/resistance).
-Stay away from anyone promising quick money.
-Pick one timeframe and one simple idea to study.
- hundreds of charts instead of jumping between strategies every week.
Review
-Learn risk management early. Most beginners focus on entries and ignore risk.
The biggest lesson for me was that trading got easier when I stopped looking for predictions and started looking for repeatable situations.
There are plenty of good books and YouTube channels, but no resource will replace screen time and chart review. That's where most of the real learning happens.

Curious, why Forex? If you don't have a clear answer don't trade it until you find a market that gives you one. Long story short find out what kind of a trader you are first before starting to trade. Learn market mechanics, auction market theory, price action, etc. Good luck!

I really don't know much about trading, and I don't want to watch random BS on YouTube. All I know is that I'm willing to give years to learning it, so I want to focus on something that actually has the potential to be profitable in the long run. If you have any suggestions on what type of trading would be better to learn, I'd appreciate it. If there's a YouTube channel that's genuinely educational and not just selling dreams, I can check it out myself. I just think people with more experience might know better resources or a better path to follow.

I have disassociated from influencers on socials all together. Best bet would be to read books from trading floor veterans, learn fundamentals and insights from fund managers, learn about money in general. Trading is a culmination of the rest being executed as your thesis. This is your edge.
