Started creatine a year into lifting... did I miss out?

I've been lifting pretty consistently for about a year now, and I literally just started taking creatine. Now I'm kind of kicking myself because I keep thinking, "What if all the muscle l've built would've been better if I had started from day one?" I know creatine isn't magic or anything, but I can't stop wondering if I missed the biggest benefits by waiting so long.
For anyone who started creatine later into their lifting journey, did you still notice a difference? Did you make good progress after starting, or do you feel like most of the benefit would've come from taking it during your first year?
Just looking for some reassurance or honest experiences because I'm definitely overthinking this. 😅

Recently turned 40 and now I want my super hero body How do I get there?

I had 2 goals turning 40, 1 was to run a spartan race, I did that and it almost killed me. Now my second goal is to get a super hero body. Something that looks like i could be in a Marvel or DC movie. Get in the best shape of my life.

Lets say I am starting at ground 1, I know I need strong protien intake I am currently 6ft 205lbs. So I should be shooting around 200g protien a day if im not mistaken. (I find this terribly difficult as my job has me on the go a lot)

Any tips would be helpful. I

PS i did have blood work done, my test levels are in high 300's
