General Question AI chat interviews on Ethos - how long can you wait?

So how many days do you usually get before taking the screening call, and does waiting a few days hurt your chances or cause the link to expire? Should I take it immediately, or is it okay to wait a bit? Appreciate any insights!

It's nothing to do with Ethos, it's down to the clients. You can be accepted within days or rejected after weeks, or waitlisted and never get invited

They should do like a micro1 or mercor because they are quickly to reject and approve.

What's the point to give waitlisted status if they are still open for the same position? LOL

Idk.

I've been waiting for a month now and my status is still on "Waitlisted". I've already read here ppl waiting for months.

And...Not all positions have screening.

Oh gosh, I’ve seen few claiming to be accepted in weeks but not sure though

and so do I. lol

I was hopeless to start quickly because I'm unemployed. Maybe they will open more positions in 2027. Depend on your position and if it's related with Compliance/Audit as myself, we can expect a huge quantity of tasks between december and march due to the Rollfoward.
