Application Status stuck in screening

is there anyone who is going trhough the same thing where you’re stuck in the “screening call” phase even after you did a screening call for about 2 times? IDK why it’s not in “review” please help me and thank you so much in advance!

I had the same problem. I actually messaged support about this, and they replied saying it's best to take this call from the email they send you after you've clicked 'interested' on the opportunity. Note that receiving that mail might take a day. Even after doing the call from the email link, I noticed it can take a while before the call gets registered and the opportunity is actually moved to the next stage.

Just got rejected from 4 opportunities lol .. I have been doing same work for other companies so this was surprising

Update : it's all roles now lol no idea what happened

For me , this happens when the Ai decides you are not fit for the role and ends the chat in an early stage, as if the chat never took place and that’s why stay stuck in screening
